आगिआ तुमरी मीठी लागउ कीओ तुहारो भावउ ॥
Your Will seems so sweet to me; whatever You do, is pleasing to me.
ਜੋ ਤੂ ਦੇਹਿ ਤਹੀ ਇਹੁ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤੈ ਆਨ ਨ ਕਤਹੂ ਧਾਵਉ ॥੨॥
Jo Thoo Dhaehi Thehee Eihu Thripathai Aan N Kathehoo Dhhaavo ||2||
जो तू देहि तही इहु त्रिपतै आन न कतहू धावउ ॥२॥
Whatever You give me, with that I am satisfied; I shall chase after no one else. ||2||
ਸਦ ਹੀ ਨਿਕਟਿ ਜਾਨਉ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਸਗਲ ਰੇਣ ਹੋਇ ਰਹੀਐ ॥
Sadh Hee Nikatt Jaano Prabh Suaamee Sagal Raen Hoe Reheeai ||
सद ही निकटि जानउ प्रभ सुआमी सगल रेण होइ रहीऐ ॥
I know that my Lord and Master God is always with me; I am the dust of all men's feet.
ਸਾਧੂ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਹੋਇ ਪਰਾਪਤਿ ਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਅਪੁਨਾ ਲਹੀਐ ॥੩॥
Saadhhoo Sangath Hoe Paraapath Thaa Prabh Apunaa Leheeai ||3||
साधू संगति होइ परापति ता प्रभु अपुना लहीऐ ॥३॥
If I find the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, I shall obtain God. ||3||

धाइ धाइ बहु बिधि कउ धावै सगल निरारथ काम ॥१॥
He runs, runs, runs around in many directions, but all of his pursuits are useless. ||1||

Sensual pleasures are talked about a lot, but none of them goes along with anyone in the end.

चरन पखारि करउ गुर सेवा मनहि चरावउ भोग ॥
I wash the Guru's feet and serve Him; I dedicate my mind as an offering to Him.
ਛੋਡਿ ਆਪਤੁ ਬਾਦੁ ਅਹੰਕਾਰਾ ਮਾਨੁ ਸੋਈ ਜੋ ਹੋਗੁ ॥੧॥
Shhodd Aapath Baadh Ahankaaraa Maan Soee Jo Hog ||1||
छोडि आपतु बादु अहंकारा मानु सोई जो होगु ॥१॥
Renounce self-conceit, negativity and egotism, and accept what comes to pass. ||1||
ਸੰਤ ਟਹਲ ਸੋਈ ਹੈ ਲਾਗਾ ਜਿਸੁ ਮਸਤਕਿ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਲਿਖੋਗੁ ॥
Santh Ttehal Soee Hai Laagaa Jis Masathak Likhiaa Likhog ||
संत टहल सोई है लागा जिसु मसतकि लिखिआ लिखोगु ॥
He alone commits himself to the service of the Saints, upon whose forehead such destiny is inscribed.
