अगम अगाधि ऊच आपार ॥
O inaccessible, unfathomable, lofty and infinite Lord.
ਜੋ ਤੁਧੁ ਸੇਵਹਿ ਤਿਨ ਭਉ ਦੁਖੁ ਨਾਹਿ ॥
Jo Thudhh Saevehi Thin Bho Dhukh Naahi ||
जो तुधु सेवहि तिन भउ दुखु नाहि ॥
Those who serve You, are not touched by fear or suffering.
ਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਹਿ ॥੨॥

गुर परसादि नानक गुण गाहि ॥२॥

O Lord of the Universe, O Lord of incomparable beauty.

सिमरि सिमरि सिमरि जन सोइ ॥
Remembering, remembering, remembering the Lord in meditation, His humble servant becomes like Him.

This Kai Sang Tharai Sansaar ||
तिस कै संगि तरै संसार ॥
Associating with them, the whole world is saved.

कहु नानक प्रभ लोचा पूरि ॥

Merciful, the Lord Master is Merciful.

साहिबु मेरा मिहरवानु ॥
My Lord Master is Merciful.

जीअ सगल कउ देइ दानु ॥ रहाउ ॥

ਤੂ ਕਾਹੇ ਡੋਲਹਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀਆ ਤੁਧੁ ਰਾਖੈਗਾ ਸਿਰਜਣਹਾਰੁ ॥
Thoo Kaahae Ddolehi Praaneeaa Thudhh Raakhaigaa Sirajanehaar ||
तू काहे डोलहि प्राणीआ तुधु राखैगा सिरजणहारु ॥
Why do you waver, O mortal being? The Creator Lord Himself shall protect you.
ਜਿਨਿ ਪੈਦਾਇਸਿ ਤੂ ਕੀਆ ਸੋਈ ਦੇਇ ਆਧਾਰੁ ॥੧॥
Jin Paidhaaeis Thoo Keeaa Soee Dhaee Aadhhaar ||1||
जिनि पैदाइसि तू कीआ सोई देइ आधारु ॥१॥
He who created you, will also give you nourishment. ||1||
ਜਿਨਿ ਉਪਾਈ ਮੇਦਨੀ ਸੋਈ ਕਰਦਾ ਸਾਰ ॥
Jin Oupaaee Maedhanee Soee Karadhaa Saar ||
जिनि उपाई मेदनी सोई करदा सार ॥
The One who created the world, takes care of it.
ਘਟਿ ਘਟਿ ਮਾਲਕੁ ਦਿਲਾ ਕਾ ਸਚਾ ਪਰਵਦਗਾਰੁ ॥੨॥
Ghatt Ghatt Maalak Dhilaa Kaa Sachaa Paravadhagaar ||2||
घटि घटि मालकु दिला का सचा परवदगारु ॥२॥
In each and every heart and mind, the Lord is the True Cherisher. ||2||
ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਕੀਮ ਨ ਜਾਣੀਐ ਵਡਾ ਵੇਪਰਵਾਹੁ ॥
Kudharath Keem N Jaaneeai Vaddaa Vaeparavaahu ||
कुदरति कीम न जाणीऐ वडा वेपरवाहु ॥
His creative potency and His value cannot be known; He is the Great and carefree Lord.
ਕਰਿ ਬੰਦੇ ਤੂ ਬੰਦਗੀ ਜਿਚਰੁ ਘਟ ਮਹਿ ਸਾਹੁ ॥੩॥
Kar Bandhae Thoo Bandhagee Jichar Ghatt Mehi Saahu ||3||
करि बंदे तू बंदगी जिचरु घट महि साहु ॥३॥
O human being, meditate on the Lord, as long as there is breath in your body. ||3||
ਤੂ ਸਮਰਥੁ ਅਕਥੁ ਅਗੋਚਰੁ ਜੀਉ ਪਿੰਡੁ ਤੇਰੀ ਰਾਸਿ ॥
Thoo Samarathh Akathh Agochar Jeeo Pindd Thaeree Raas ||
तू समरथु अकथु अगोचरु जीउ पिंडु तेरी रासि ॥
O God, You are all-powerful, inexpressible and imperceptible; my soul and body are Your capital.
ਰਹਮ ਤੇਰੀ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਸਦਾ ਨਾਨਕ ਕੀ ਅਰਦਾਸਿ ॥੪॥੩॥

Dheen Dhuneeaa Eaek Thoohee Sabh Khalak Hee Thae Paak || Rehaao ||
दीन दुनीआ एक तूही सभ खलक ही ते पाकु ॥ रहाउ ॥
You alone are my spiritual and temporal Lord; and yet, You are detached from all Your creation. ||Pause||
ਖਿਨ ਮਾਹਿ ਥਾਪਿ ਉਥਾਪਦਾ ਆਚਰਜ ਤੇਰੇ ਰੂਪ ॥
Khin Maahi Thhaap Outhhaapadhaa Aacharaj Thaerae Roop ||
खिन माहि थापि उथापदा आचरज तेरे रूप ॥
In an instant, You establish and disestablish. Wondrous is Your form!
ਕਉਣੁ ਜਾਣੈ ਚਲਤ ਤੇਰੇ ਅੰਧਿਆਰੇ ਮਹਿ ਦੀਪ ॥੧॥
Koun Jaanai Chalath Thaerae Andhhiaarae Mehi Dheep ||1||
कउणु जाणै चलत तेरे अंधिआरे महि दीप ॥१॥
Who can know Your play? You are the Light in the darkness. ||1||
ਖੁਦਿ ਖਸਮ ਖਲਕ ਜਹਾਨ ਅਲਹ ਮਿਹਰਵਾਨ ਖੁਦਾਇ ॥
Khudh Khasam Khalak Jehaan Aleh Miharavaan Khudhaae ||
खुदि खसम खलक जहान अलह मिहरवान खुदाइ ॥
You are the Master of Your creation, the Lord of all the world, O Merciful Lord God.
ਦਿਨਸੁ ਰੈਣਿ ਜਿ ਤੁਧੁ ਅਰਾਧੇ ਸੋ ਕਿਉ ਦੋਜਕਿ ਜਾਇ ॥੨॥
Dhinas Rain J Thudhh Araadhhae So Kio Dhojak Jaae ||2||
दिनसु रैणि जि तुधु अराधे सो किउ दोजकि जाइ ॥२॥
One who worships You day and night - why should he have to go to hell? ||2||
ਅਜਰਾਈਲੁ ਯਾਰੁ ਬੰਦੇ ਜਿਸੁ ਤੇਰਾ ਆਧਾਰੁ ॥
Ajaraaeel Yaar Bandhae Jis Thaeraa Aadhhaar ||
अजराईलु यारु बंदे जिसु तेरा आधारु ॥
Azraa-eel, the Messenger of Death, is the friend of the human being who has Your support, Lord.
ਗੁਨਹ ਉਸ ਕੇ ਸਗਲ ਆਫੂ ਤੇਰੇ ਜਨ ਦੇਖਹਿ ਦੀਦਾਰੁ ॥੩॥
Guneh Ous Kae Sagal Aafoo Thaerae Jan Dhaekhehi Dheedhaar ||3||
गुनह उस के सगल आफू तेरे जन देखहि दीदारु ॥३॥
His sins are all forgiven; Your humble servant gazes upon Your Vision. ||3||
ਦੁਨੀਆ ਚੀਜ ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਸਗਲੇ ਸਚੁ ਸੁਖੁ ਤੇਰਾ ਨਾਉ ॥
Dhuneeaa Cheej Filehaal Sagalae Sach Sukh Thaeraa Naao ||
दुनीआ चीज फिलहाल सगले सचु सुखु तेरा नाउ ॥
All worldly considerations are for the present only. True peace comes only from Your Name.
ਗੁਰ ਮਿਲਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਬੂਝਿਆ ਸਦਾ ਏਕਸੁ ਗਾਉ ॥੪॥੪॥

गुर मिलि नानक बूझिआ सदा एकसु गाउ ॥४॥४॥

मुहबते मनि तनि बसै सचु साह बंदी मोच ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥

ਦੀਦਨੇ ਦੀਦਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਕਛੁ ਨਹੀ ਇਸ ਕਾ ਮੋਲੁ ॥

दीदने दीदार साहिब कछु नही इस का मोलु ॥

ਪਾਕ ਪਰਵਦਗਾਰ ਤੂ ਖੁਦਿ ਖਸਮੁ ਵਡਾ ਅਤੋਲੁ ॥੧॥
Paak Paravadhagaar Thoo Khudh Khasam Vaddaa Athol ||1||
पाक परवदगार तू खुदि खसमु वडा अतोलु ॥१॥
You are the Pure Cherisher; You Yourself are the great and immeasurable Lord and Master. ||1||
ਦਸ੍ਤਗੀਰੀ ਦੇਹਿ ਦਿਲਾਵਰ ਤੂਹੀ ਤੂਹੀ ਏਕ ॥

दस्तगीरी देहि दिलावर तूही तूही एक ॥
Give me Your help, O brave and generous Lord; You are the One, You are the Only Lord.
