Kaam Krodhh Lobh Biaapiou Janam Hee Kee Khaan ||
कामि क्रोधि लोभि बिआपिओ जनम ही की खानि ॥
Engrossed in unfulfilled sexual desire, unresolved anger and greed, you shall be consigned to reincarnation.

I gaze on the Lotus-like Face of the Lord.

The Lord of all the Universe is my kingdom, wealth and family.

Grasp the Feet of the Guru, the True Guru.
ਹਰਿ ਪਾਵਹੁ ਮਨੁ ਅਗਾਧਿ ॥

हरि पावहु मनु अगाधि ॥
The Unfathomable Lord shall come into your mind,
ਜਗੁ ਜੀਤੋ ਹੋ ਹੋ ਗੁਰ ਕਿਰਪਾਧਿ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

जगु जीतो हो हो गुर किरपाधि ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥

Anik Poojaa Mai Bahu Bidhh Khojee Saa Poojaa J Har Bhaavaas ||
अनिक पूजा मै बहु बिधि खोजी सा पूजा जि हरि भावासि ॥
I have studied countless ways of worship in all sorts of ways, but that alone is worship, which is pleasing to the Lord's Will.
ਮਾਟੀ ਕੀ ਇਹ ਪੁਤਰੀ ਜੋਰੀ ਕਿਆ ਏਹ ਕਰਮ ਕਮਾਸਿ ॥
Maattee Kee Eih Putharee Joree Kiaa Eaeh Karam Kamaas ||
माटी की इह पुतरी जोरी किआ एह करम कमासि ॥
This body-puppet is made of clay - what can it do by itself?

प्रभ बाह पकरि जिसु मारगि पावहु सो तुधु जंत मिलासि ॥१॥
O God, those humble beings meet You, whom You grasp by the arm, and place on the Path. ||1||
ਅਵਰ ਓਟ ਮੈ ਕੋਇ ਨ ਸੂਝੈ ਇਕ ਹਰਿ ਕੀ ਓਟ ਮੈ ਆਸ ॥
Avar Outt Mai Koe N Soojhai Eik Har Kee Outt Mai Aas ||
अवर ओट मै कोइ न सूझै इक हरि की ओट मै आस ॥
I do not know of any other support; O Lord, You are my only Hope and Support.
ਕਿਆ ਦੀਨੁ ਕਰੇ ਅਰਦਾਸਿ ॥

किआ दीनु करे अरदासि ॥
I am meek and poor - what prayer can I offer?
ਜਉ ਸਭ ਘਟਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨਿਵਾਸ ॥

जउ सभ घटि प्रभू निवास ॥
God abides in every heart.

My mind is thirsty for the Feet of God.

नव निधि नामु निधानु हरि केरै ॥
The Lord's Name is the wealth of the nine treasures.
ਹਰਿ ਰੰਗ ਰੰਗ ਰੰਗ ਅਨੂਪੇਰੈ ॥
Har Rang Rang Rang Anoopaerai ||
हरि रंग रंग रंग अनूपेरै ॥
One who is imbued with the Love of the Incomparably Beautiful Lord is joyful.
ਕਾਹੇ ਰੇ ਮਨ ਮੋਹਿ ਮਗਨੇਰੈ ॥
Kaahae Rae Man Mohi Maganaerai ||
काहे रे मन मोहि मगनेरै ॥
O mind, why do you cling to emotional attachments?
ਨੈਨਹੁ ਦੇਖੁ ਸਾਧ ਦਰਸੇਰੈ ॥
Nainahu Dhaekh Saadhh Dharasaerai ||
नैनहु देखु साध दरसेरै ॥
With your eyes, gaze upon the Blessed Vision, the Darshan of the Holy.
ਸੋ ਪਾਵੈ ਜਿਸੁ ਲਿਖਤੁ ਲਿਲੇਰੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
So Paavai Jis Likhath Lilaerai ||1|| Rehaao ||
सो पावै जिसु लिखतु लिलेरै ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
They alone find it, who have such destiny inscribed upon their foreheads. ||1||Pause||
ਸੇਵਉ ਸਾਧ ਸੰਤ ਚਰਨੇਰੈ ॥
Saevo Saadhh Santh Charanaerai ||
सेवउ साध संत चरनेरै ॥
I serve at the feet of the Holy Saints.
ਬਾਂਛਉ ਧੂਰਿ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਕਰੇਰੈ ॥
Baanshho Dhhoor Pavithr Karaerai ||
बांछउ धूरि पवित्र करेरै ॥
I long for the dust of their feet, which purifies and sanctifies.
ਅਠਸਠਿ ਮਜਨੁ ਮੈਲੁ ਕਟੇਰੈ ॥
Athasath Majan Mail Kattaerai ||
अठसठि मजनु मैलु कटेरै ॥
Just like the sixty-eight sacred shrines of pilgrimage, it washes away filth and pollution.
ਸਾਸਿ ਸਾਸਿ ਧਿਆਵਹੁ ਮੁਖੁ ਨਹੀ ਮੋਰੈ ॥
Saas Saas Dhhiaavahu Mukh Nehee Morai ||
सासि सासि धिआवहु मुखु नही मोरै ॥
With each and every breath I meditate on Him, and never turn my face away.
ਕਿਛੁ ਸੰਗਿ ਨ ਚਾਲੈ ਲਾਖ ਕਰੋਰੈ ॥
Kishh Sang N Chaalai Laakh Karorai ||
किछु संगि न चालै लाख करोरै ॥
Of your thousands and millions, nothing shall go along with you.
ਪ੍ਰਭ ਜੀ ਕੋ ਨਾਮੁ ਅੰਤਿ ਪੁਕਰੋਰੈ ॥੧॥

प्रभ जी को नामु अंति पुकरोरै ॥१॥

मनसा मानि एक निरंकेरै ॥
Let it be your wish to honor and obey the One Formless Lord.
ਸਗਲ ਤਿਆਗਹੁ ਭਾਉ ਦੂਜੇਰੈ ॥
Sagal Thiaagahu Bhaao Dhoojaerai ||
सगल तिआगहु भाउ दूजेरै ॥
Abandon the love of everything else.
ਕਵਨ ਕਹਾਂ ਹਉ ਗੁਨ ਪ੍ਰਿਅ ਤੇਰੈ ॥
Kavan Kehaan Ho Gun Pria Thaerai ||
कवन कहां हउ गुन प्रिअ तेरै ॥
What Glorious Praises of Yours can I utter, O my Beloved?
ਬਰਨਿ ਨ ਸਾਕਉ ਏਕ ਟੁਲੇਰੈ ॥
Baran N Saako Eaek Ttulaerai ||
बरनि न साकउ एक टुलेरै ॥
I cannot describe even one of Your Virtues.
ਦਰਸਨ ਪਿਆਸ ਬਹੁਤੁ ਮਨਿ ਮੇਰੈ ॥
Dharasan Piaas Bahuth Man Maerai ||
दरसन पिआस बहुतु मनि मेरै ॥
My mind is so thirsty for the Blessed Vision of His Darshan.
