जउ मै रूप कीए बहुतेरे अब फुनि रूपु न होई ॥
In the past, I have taken many forms, but I shall not take form again.

The strings and wires of the musical instrument are worn out, and I am in the power of the Lord's Name. ||1||

अब मोहि नाचनो न आवै ॥
Now, I no longer dance to the tune.

कामु क्रोधु माइआ लै जारी त्रिसना गागरि फूटी ॥
I have burnt away sexual desire, anger and attachment to Maya, and the pitcher of my desires has burst.
ਕਾਮ ਚੋਲਨਾ ਭਇਆ ਹੈ ਪੁਰਾਨਾ ਗਇਆ ਭਰਮੁ ਸਭੁ ਛੂਟੀ ॥੨॥
Kaam Cholanaa Bhaeiaa Hai Puraanaa Gaeiaa Bharam Sabh Shhoottee ||2||
काम चोलना भइआ है पुराना गइआ भरमु सभु छूटी ॥२॥
The gown of sensuous pleasures is worn out, and all my doubts have been dispelled. ||2||
ਸਰਬ ਭੂਤ ਏਕੈ ਕਰਿ ਜਾਨਿਆ ਚੂਕੇ ਬਾਦ ਬਿਬਾਦਾ ॥
Sarab Bhooth Eaekai Kar Jaaniaa Chookae Baadh Bibaadhaa ||
सरब भूत एकै करि जानिआ चूके बाद बिबादा ॥
I look upon all beings alike, and my conflict and strife are ended.
ਕਹਿ ਕਬੀਰ ਮੈ ਪੂਰਾ ਪਾਇਆ ਭਏ ਰਾਮ ਪਰਸਾਦਾ ॥੩॥੬॥੨੮॥

कहि कबीर मै पूरा पाइआ भए राम परसादा ॥३॥६॥२८॥

Rojaa Dhharai Manaavai Alahu Suaadhath Jeea Sanghaarai ||
रोजा धरै मनावै अलहु सुआदति जीअ संघारै ॥
You keep your fasts to please Allah, while you murder other beings for pleasure.
ਆਪਾ ਦੇਖਿ ਅਵਰ ਨਹੀ ਦੇਖੈ ਕਾਹੇ ਕਉ ਝਖ ਮਾਰੈ ॥੧॥
Aapaa Dhaekh Avar Nehee Dhaekhai Kaahae Ko Jhakh Maarai ||1||
आपा देखि अवर नही देखै काहे कउ झख मारै ॥१॥
You look after your own interests, and so not see the interests of others. What good is your word? ||1||
ਕਾਜੀ ਸਾਹਿਬੁ ਏਕੁ ਤੋਹੀ ਮਹਿ ਤੇਰਾ ਸੋਚਿ ਬਿਚਾਰਿ ਨ ਦੇਖੈ ॥
Kaajee Saahib Eaek Thohee Mehi Thaeraa Soch Bichaar N Dhaekhai ||
काजी साहिबु एकु तोही महि तेरा सोचि बिचारि न देखै ॥
O Qazi, the One Lord is within you, but you do not behold Him by thought or contemplation.
ਖਬਰਿ ਨ ਕਰਹਿ ਦੀਨ ਕੇ ਬਉਰੇ ਤਾ ਤੇ ਜਨਮੁ ਅਲੇਖੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Khabar N Karehi Dheen Kae Bourae Thaa Thae Janam Alaekhai ||1|| Rehaao ||
खबरि न करहि दीन के बउरे ता ते जनमु अलेखै ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
You do not care for others, you are a religious fanatic, and your life is of no account at all. ||1||Pause||
ਸਾਚੁ ਕਤੇਬ ਬਖਾਨੈ ਅਲਹੁ ਨਾਰਿ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਨਹੀ ਕੋਈ ॥
Saach Kathaeb Bakhaanai Alahu Naar Purakh Nehee Koee ||
साचु कतेब बखानै अलहु नारि पुरखु नही कोई ॥
Your holy scriptures say that Allah is True, and that he is neither male nor female.
ਪਢੇ ਗੁਨੇ ਨਾਹੀ ਕਛੁ ਬਉਰੇ ਜਉ ਦਿਲ ਮਹਿ ਖਬਰਿ ਨ ਹੋਈ ॥੨॥
Padtae Gunae Naahee Kashh Bourae Jo Dhil Mehi Khabar N Hoee ||2||
पढे गुने नाही कछु बउरे जउ दिल महि खबरि न होई ॥२॥
But you gain nothing by reading and studying, O mad-man, if you do not gain the understanding in your heart. ||2||

अलहु गैबु सगल घट भीतरि हिरदै लेहु बिचारी ॥
Allah is hidden in every heart; reflect upon this in your mind.
ਹਿੰਦੂ ਤੁਰਕ ਦੁਹੂੰ ਮਹਿ ਏਕੈ ਕਹੈ ਕਬੀਰ ਪੁਕਾਰੀ ॥੩॥੭॥੨੯॥

हिंदू तुरक दुहूं महि एकै कहै कबीर पुकारी ॥३॥७॥२९॥

हरि न मिले जगजीवन गुसाई ॥१॥
But the Lord, the Life of the Word, the Sustainer of the Universe, has not come to meet me. ||1||
ਹਰਿ ਮੇਰੋ ਪਿਰੁ ਹਉ ਹਰਿ ਕੀ ਬਹੁਰੀਆ ॥

हरि मेरो पिरु हउ हरि की बहुरीआ ॥
The Lord is my Husband, and I am the Lord's bride.

The bride and the Groom dwell together.

सेज एक पै मिलनु दुहेरा ॥२॥
They lie upon the one bed, but their union is difficult. ||2||
ਧੰਨਿ ਸੁਹਾਗਨਿ ਜੋ ਪੀਅ ਭਾਵੈ ॥

धंनि सुहागनि जो पीअ भावै ॥
Blessed is the soul-bride, who is pleasing to her Husband Lord.

पहिली करूपि कुजाति कुलखनी साहुरै पेईऐ बुरी ॥
My first wife, ignorance, was ugly, of low social status and bad character; she was evil in my home, and in her parents' home.

कहु कबीर जब लहुरी आई बडी का सुहागु टरिओ ॥
Says Kabeer, when the younger bride came, the elder one lost her husband.
