The mother Ganges is deep and profound.

जंजीर बांधि करि खरे कबीर ॥१॥
Tied up in chains, they took Kabeer there. ||1||

मनु न डिगै तनु काहे कउ डराइ ॥
My mind was not shaken; why should my body be afraid?

इहु जीउ राम नाम लिव लागै ॥
This soul is lovingly attuned to the Lord's Name.

Only sing songs and chants of egotism.

अनहद सबद होत झुनकार ॥

He creates planets, solar systems and galaxies;

Thria Asathhaan Theen Thria Khanddaa ||
त्रिअ असथान तीनि त्रिअ खंडा ॥
He destroys the three worlds, the three gods and the three qualities.

अगम अगोचरु रहिआ अभ अंत ॥
The Inaccessible and Unfathomable Lord God dwells in the heart.

पारु न पावै को धरनीधर मंत ॥३॥
No one can find the limits or the secrets of the Lord of the World. ||3||
ਕਦਲੀ ਪੁਹਪ ਧੂਪ ਪਰਗਾਸ ॥
Kadhalee Puhap Dhhoop Paragaas ||
कदली पुहप धूप परगास ॥
The Lord shines forth in the plantain flower and the sunshine.
ਰਜ ਪੰਕਜ ਮਹਿ ਲੀਓ ਨਿਵਾਸ ॥
Raj Pankaj Mehi Leeou Nivaas ||
रज पंकज महि लीओ निवास ॥
He dwells in the pollen of the lotus flower.
ਦੁਆਦਸ ਦਲ ਅਭ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਮੰਤ ॥
Dhuaadhas Dhal Abh Anthar Manth ||
दुआदस दल अभ अंतरि मंत ॥
The Lord's secret is within the twelve petals of the heart-lotus.

जह पउड़े स्री कमला कंत ॥४॥
The Supreme Lord, the Lord of Lakshmi dwells there. ||4||
ਅਰਧ ਉਰਧ ਮੁਖਿ ਲਾਗੋ ਕਾਸੁ ॥
Aradhh Ouradhh Mukh Laago Kaas ||
अरध उरध मुखि लागो कासु ॥
He is like the sky, stretching across the lower, upper and middle realms.
ਸੁੰਨ ਮੰਡਲ ਮਹਿ ਕਰਿ ਪਰਗਾਸੁ ॥
Sunn Manddal Mehi Kar Paragaas ||
सुंन मंडल महि करि परगासु ॥
In the profoundly silent celestial realm, He radiates forth.
ਊਹਾਂ ਸੂਰਜ ਨਾਹੀ ਚੰਦ ॥
Oohaan Sooraj Naahee Chandh ||
ऊहां सूरज नाही चंद ॥
Neither the sun nor the moon are there,
ਆਦਿ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਕਰੈ ਅਨੰਦ ॥੫॥
Aadh Niranjan Karai Anandh ||5||
आदि निरंजनु करै अनंद ॥५॥
But the Primal Immaculate Lord celebrates there. ||5||
ਸੋ ਬ੍ਰਹਮੰਡਿ ਪਿੰਡਿ ਸੋ ਜਾਨੁ ॥
So Brehamandd Pindd So Jaan ||
सो ब्रहमंडि पिंडि सो जानु ॥
Know that He is in the universe, and in the body as well.
ਮਾਨ ਸਰੋਵਰਿ ਕਰਿ ਇਸਨਾਨੁ ॥
Maan Sarovar Kar Eisanaan ||
मान सरोवरि करि इसनानु ॥
Take your cleansing bath in the Mansarovar Lake.
ਸੋਹੰ ਸੋ ਜਾ ਕਉ ਹੈ ਜਾਪ ॥
Sohan So Jaa Ko Hai Jaap ||
सोहं सो जा कउ है जाप ॥
Chant ""Sohang"" - ""He is me.""
ਜਾ ਕਉ ਲਿਪਤ ਨ ਹੋਇ ਪੁੰਨ ਅਰੁ ਪਾਪ ॥੬॥
Jaa Ko Lipath N Hoe Punn Ar Paap ||6||
जा कउ लिपत न होइ पुंन अरु पाप ॥६॥
He is not affected by either virtue or vice. ||6||
ਅਬਰਨ ਬਰਨ ਘਾਮ ਨਹੀ ਛਾਮ ॥
Abaran Baran Ghaam Nehee Shhaam ||
अबरन बरन घाम नही छाम ॥
He is not affected by either high or low social class, sunshine or shade.
ਅਵਰ ਨ ਪਾਈਐ ਗੁਰ ਕੀ ਸਾਮ ॥
Avar N Paaeeai Gur Kee Saam ||
अवर न पाईऐ गुर की साम ॥
He is in the Guru's Sanctuary, and nowhere else.
ਟਾਰੀ ਨ ਟਰੈ ਆਵੈ ਨ ਜਾਇ ॥
Ttaaree N Ttarai Aavai N Jaae ||
टारी न टरै आवै न जाइ ॥
He is not diverted by diversions, comings or goings.
ਸੁੰਨ ਸਹਜ ਮਹਿ ਰਹਿਓ ਸਮਾਇ ॥੭॥
Sunn Sehaj Mehi Rehiou Samaae ||7||
सुंन सहज महि रहिओ समाइ ॥७॥
Remain intuitively absorbed in the celestial void. ||7||
ਮਨ ਮਧੇ ਜਾਨੈ ਜੇ ਕੋਇ ॥
Man Madhhae Jaanai Jae Koe ||
मन मधे जानै जे कोइ ॥
One who knows the Lord in the mind
ਜੋ ਬੋਲੈ ਸੋ ਆਪੈ ਹੋਇ ॥
Jo Bolai So Aapai Hoe ||
जो बोलै सो आपै होइ ॥
Whatever he says, comes to pass.
ਜੋਤਿ ਮੰਤ੍ਰਿ ਮਨਿ ਅਸਥਿਰੁ ਕਰੈ ॥

जोति मंत्रि मनि असथिरु करै ॥
One who firmly implants the Lord's Divine Light, and His Mantra within the mind

Millions of suns shine for Him,

कोटि महादेव अरु कबिलास ॥
Millions of Shivas and Kailash mountains.
ਦੁਰਗਾ ਕੋਟਿ ਜਾ ਕੈ ਮਰਦਨੁ ਕਰੈ ॥
Dhuragaa Kott Jaa Kai Maradhan Karai ||
दुरगा कोटि जा कै मरदनु करै ॥
Millions of Durga goddesses massage His Feet.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾ ਕੋਟਿ ਬੇਦ ਉਚਰੈ ॥੧॥
Brehamaa Kott Baedh Oucharai ||1||
ब्रहमा कोटि बेद उचरै ॥१॥
Millions of Brahmas chant the Vedas for Him. ||1||
ਜਉ ਜਾਚਉ ਤਉ ਕੇਵਲ ਰਾਮ ॥
Jo Jaacho Tho Kaeval Raam ||
जउ जाचउ तउ केवल राम ॥
When I beg, I beg only from the Lord.
