ਨਿਰਧਨ ਕਉ ਤੁਮ ਦੇਵਹੁ ਧਨਾ ॥
Niradhhan Ko Thum Dhaevahu Dhhanaa ||
निरधन कउ तुम देवहु धना ॥
You bless the poor with wealth, O Lord.
ਅਨਿਕ ਪਾਪ ਜਾਹਿ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਮਨਾ ॥
Anik Paap Jaahi Niramal Manaa ||
अनिक पाप जाहि निरमल मना ॥
Countless sins are taken away, and the mind becomes immaculate and pure.
ਸਗਲ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਪੂਰਨ ਕਾਮ ॥
Sagal Manorathh Pooran Kaam ||
सगल मनोरथ पूरन काम ॥
All the mind's desires are fulfilled, and one's tasks are perfectly accomplished.
ਭਗਤ ਅਪੁਨੇ ਕਉ ਦੇਵਹੁ ਨਾਮ ॥੧॥

भगत अपुने कउ देवहु नाम ॥१॥
You bestow Your Name upon Your devotee. ||1||

सफल सेवा गोपाल राइ ॥
Service to the Lord, our Sovereign King, is fruitful and rewarding.
ਕਰਨ ਕਰਾਵਨਹਾਰ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਤਾ ਤੇ ਬਿਰਥਾ ਕੋਇ ਨ ਜਾਇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Karan Karaavanehaar Suaamee Thaa Thae Birathhaa Koe N Jaae ||1|| Rehaao ||
करन करावनहार सुआमी ता ते बिरथा कोइ न जाइ ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Our Lord and Master is the Creator, the Cause of causes; no one is turned away from His Door empty-handed. ||1||Pause||
ਰੋਗੀ ਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਖੰਡਹੁ ਰੋਗੁ ॥
Rogee Kaa Prabh Khanddahu Rog ||
रोगी का प्रभ खंडहु रोगु ॥
God eradicates the disease from the diseased person.
ਦੁਖੀਏ ਕਾ ਮਿਟਾਵਹੁ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸੋਗੁ ॥
Dhukheeeae Kaa Mittaavahu Prabh Sog ||
दुखीए का मिटावहु प्रभ सोगु ॥
God takes away the sorrows of the suffering.
ਨਿਥਾਵੇ ਕਉ ਤੁਮ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਥਾਨਿ ਬੈਠਾਵਹੁ ॥
Nithhaavae Ko Thumh Thhaan Baithaavahu ||
निथावे कउ तुम्ह थानि बैठावहु ॥
And those who have no place at all - You seat them upon the place.
ਦਾਸ ਅਪਨੇ ਕਉ ਭਗਤੀ ਲਾਵਹੁ ॥੨॥
Dhaas Apanae Ko Bhagathee Laavahu ||2||
दास अपने कउ भगती लावहु ॥२॥
You link Your slave to devotional worship. ||2||
ਨਿਮਾਣੇ ਕਉ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਦੇਤੋ ਮਾਨੁ ॥
Nimaanae Ko Prabh Dhaetho Maan ||
निमाणे कउ प्रभ देतो मानु ॥
God bestows honor on the dishonored.
ਮੂੜ ਮੁਗਧੁ ਹੋਇ ਚਤੁਰ ਸੁਗਿਆਨੁ ॥
Moorr Mugadhh Hoe Chathur Sugiaan ||
मूड़ मुगधु होइ चतुर सुगिआनु ॥
He makes the foolish and ignorant become clever and wise.
ਸਗਲ ਭਇਆਨ ਕਾ ਭਉ ਨਸੈ ॥
Sagal Bhaeiaan Kaa Bho Nasai ||
सगल भइआन का भउ नसै ॥
The fear of all fear disappears.
ਜਨ ਅਪਨੇ ਕੈ ਹਰਿ ਮਨਿ ਬਸੈ ॥੩॥
Jan Apanae Kai Har Man Basai ||3||
जन अपने कै हरि मनि बसै ॥३॥
The Lord dwells within the mind of His humble servant. ||3||
ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸੂਖ ਨਿਧਾਨ ॥
Paarabreham Prabh Sookh Nidhhaan ||
पारब्रहम प्रभ सूख निधान ॥
The Supreme Lord God is the Treasure of Peace.
ਤਤੁ ਗਿਆਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਨਾਮ ॥

ततु गिआनु हरि अम्रित नाम ॥
The Ambrosial Name of the Lord is the essence of reality.
ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਸੰਤ ਟਹਲੈ ਲਾਏ ॥
Kar Kirapaa Santh Ttehalai Laaeae ||
करि किरपा संत टहलै लाए ॥
Granting His Grace, He enjoins the mortals to serve the Saints.
ਨਾਨਕ ਸਾਧੂ ਸੰਗਿ ਸਮਾਏ ॥੪॥੨੩॥੩੬॥

In the Realm of the Saints, is the Lord, the Treasure of Virtue.

ਰੋਗੁ ਕਵਨੁ ਜਾਂ ਰਾਖੈ ਆਪਿ ॥
Rog Kavan Jaan Raakhai Aap ||
रोगु कवनु जां राखै आपि ॥
Why worry about disease, when the Lord Himself protects us?
ਤਿਸੁ ਜਨ ਹੋਇ ਨ ਦੂਖੁ ਸੰਤਾਪੁ ॥
This Jan Hoe N Dhookh Santhaap ||
तिसु जन होइ न दूखु संतापु ॥
That person whom the Lord protects, does not suffer pain and sorrow.
ਜਿਸੁ ਊਪਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰੈ ॥
Jis Oopar Prabh Kirapaa Karai ||
जिसु ऊपरि प्रभु किरपा करै ॥
That person, upon whom God showers His Mercy
ਤਿਸੁ ਊਪਰ ਤੇ ਕਾਲੁ ਪਰਹਰੈ ॥੧॥
This Oopar Thae Kaal Pareharai ||1||
तिसु ऊपर ते कालु परहरै ॥१॥
- Death hovering above him is turned away. ||1||
ਸਦਾ ਸਖਾਈ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ॥
Sadhaa Sakhaaee Har Har Naam ||
सदा सखाई हरि हरि नामु ॥
The Name of the Lord, Har, Har, is forever our Help and Support.
ਜਿਸੁ ਚੀਤਿ ਆਵੈ ਤਿਸੁ ਸਦਾ ਸੁਖੁ ਹੋਵੈ ਨਿਕਟਿ ਨ ਆਵੈ ਤਾ ਕੈ ਜਾਮੁ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Jis Cheeth Aavai This Sadhaa Sukh Hovai Nikatt N Aavai Thaa Kai Jaam ||1|| Rehaao ||
जिसु चीति आवै तिसु सदा सुखु होवै निकटि न आवै ता कै जामु ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
When He comes to mind, the mortal finds lasting peace, and the Messenger of Death cannot even approach him. ||1||Pause||
ਜਬ ਇਹੁ ਨ ਸੋ ਤਬ ਕਿਨਹਿ ਉਪਾਇਆ ॥
Jab Eihu N So Thab Kinehi Oupaaeiaa ||
जब इहु न सो तब किनहि उपाइआ ॥
When this being did not exist, who created him then?
ਕਵਨ ਮੂਲ ਤੇ ਕਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਇਆ ॥
Kavan Mool Thae Kiaa Pragattaaeiaa ||
कवन मूल ते किआ प्रगटाइआ ॥
What has been produced from the source?
ਆਪਹਿ ਮਾਰਿ ਆਪਿ ਜੀਵਾਲੈ ॥
Aapehi Maar Aap Jeevaalai ||
आपहि मारि आपि जीवालै ॥
He Himself kills, and He Himself rejuvenates.
ਅਪਨੇ ਭਗਤ ਕਉ ਸਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਪਾਲੈ ॥੨॥
Apanae Bhagath Ko Sadhaa Prathipaalai ||2||
अपने भगत कउ सदा प्रतिपालै ॥२॥
He cherishes His devotees forever. ||2||
ਸਭ ਕਿਛੁ ਜਾਣਹੁ ਤਿਸ ਕੈ ਹਾਥ ॥
Sabh Kishh Jaanahu This Kai Haathh ||
सभ किछु जाणहु तिस कै हाथ ॥
Know that everything is in His Hands.
ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਮੇਰੋ ਅਨਾਥ ਕੋ ਨਾਥ ॥
Prabh Maero Anaathh Ko Naathh ||
प्रभु मेरो अनाथ को नाथ ॥
My God is the Master of the masterless.
ਦੁਖ ਭੰਜਨੁ ਤਾ ਕਾ ਹੈ ਨਾਉ ॥
Dhukh Bhanjan Thaa Kaa Hai Naao ||
दुख भंजनु ता का है नाउ ॥
His Name is the Destroyer of pain.
ਸੁਖ ਪਾਵਹਿ ਤਿਸ ਕੇ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਉ ॥੩॥
Sukh Paavehi This Kae Gun Gaao ||3||
सुख पावहि तिस के गुण गाउ ॥३॥
Singing His Glorious Praises, you shall find peace. ||3||
ਸੁਣਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਸੰਤਨ ਅਰਦਾਸਿ ॥
Sun Suaamee Santhan Aradhaas ||
सुणि सुआमी संतन अरदासि ॥
O my Lord and Master, please listen to the prayer of Your Saint.
ਜੀਉ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਧਨੁ ਤੁਮ੍ਹ੍ਹਰੈ ਪਾਸਿ ॥
Jeeo Praan Dhhan Thumharai Paas ||
जीउ प्रान धनु तुम्हरै पासि ॥
I place my soul, my breath of life and wealth before You.
ਇਹੁ ਜਗੁ ਤੇਰਾ ਸਭ ਤੁਝਹਿ ਧਿਆਏ ॥
Eihu Jag Thaeraa Sabh Thujhehi Dhhiaaeae ||
