सिमरहि पाताल पुरीआ सचु सोआ ॥
The nether worlds and spheres meditate in remembrance on that True Lord.

सिमरहि खाणी सिमरहि बाणी सिमरहि सगले हरि जना ॥२॥
The sources of creation and speech meditate in remembrance; all the Lord's humble servants meditate in remembrance. ||2||

सिमरहि देवते कोड़ि तेतीसा ॥
The three hundred thirty million gods meditate in remembrance.
ਸਿਮਰਹਿ ਜਖ੍ਯ੍ਯਿ ਦੈਤ ਸਭਿ ਸਿਮਰਹਿ ਅਗਨਤੁ ਨ ਜਾਈ ਜਸੁ ਗਨਾ ॥੩॥
Simarehi Jakhiy Dhaith Sabh Simarehi Aganath N Jaaee Jas Ganaa ||3||
सिमरहि जख्यि दैत सभि सिमरहि अगनतु न जाई जसु गना ॥३॥
The titans and demons all meditate in remembrance; Your Praises are uncountable - they cannot be counted. ||3||

सिमरहि पसु पंखी सभि भूता ॥

ਸਿਮਰਹਿ ਬਨ ਪਰਬਤ ਅਉਧੂਤਾ ॥
Simarehi Ban Parabath Aoudhhoothaa ||
सिमरहि बन परबत अउधूता ॥
The forests, mountains and hermits meditate in remembrance.
ਲਤਾ ਬਲੀ ਸਾਖ ਸਭ ਸਿਮਰਹਿ ਰਵਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਸਭ ਮਨਾ ॥੪॥
Lathaa Balee Saakh Sabh Simarehi Rav Rehiaa Suaamee Sabh Manaa ||4||
लता बली साख सभ सिमरहि रवि रहिआ सुआमी सभ मना ॥४॥
All the vines and branches meditate in remembrance; O my Lord and Master, You are permeating and pervading all minds. ||4||
ਸਿਮਰਹਿ ਥੂਲ ਸੂਖਮ ਸਭਿ ਜੰਤਾ ॥

सिमरहि थूल सूखम सभि जंता ॥

सिमरहि गुणी चतुर सभि बेते सिमरहि रैणी अरु दिना ॥६॥
All the virtuous, clever and wise people meditate in remembrance; night and day meditate in remembrance. ||6||

सिमरहि घड़ी मूरत पल निमखा ॥
Hours, minutes and seconds meditate in remembrance.
ਸਿਮਰੈ ਕਾਲੁ ਅਕਾਲੁ ਸੁਚਿ ਸੋਚਾ ॥
Simarai Kaal Akaal Such Sochaa ||
सिमरै कालु अकालु सुचि सोचा ॥
Death and life, and thoughts of purification, meditate in remembrance.
ਸਿਮਰਹਿ ਸਉਣ ਸਾਸਤ੍ਰ ਸੰਜੋਗਾ ਅਲਖੁ ਨ ਲਖੀਐ ਇਕੁ ਖਿਨਾ ॥੭॥
Simarehi Soun Saasathr Sanjogaa Alakh N Lakheeai Eik Khinaa ||7||
सिमरहि सउण सासत्र संजोगा अलखु न लखीऐ इकु खिना ॥७॥
The Shaastras, with their lucky signs and joinings, meditate in remembrance; the invisible cannot be seen, even for an instant. ||7||
ਕਰਨ ਕਰਾਵਨਹਾਰ ਸੁਆਮੀ ॥
Karan Karaavanehaar Suaamee ||
करन करावनहार सुआमी ॥
The Lord and Master is the Doer, the Cause of causes.
ਸਗਲ ਘਟਾ ਕੇ ਅੰਤਰਜਾਮੀ ॥
Sagal Ghattaa Kae Antharajaamee ||
सगल घटा के अंतरजामी ॥
He is the Inner-knower, the Searcher of all hearts.
ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਜਿਸੁ ਭਗਤੀ ਲਾਵਹੁ ਜਨਮੁ ਪਦਾਰਥੁ ਸੋ ਜਿਨਾ ॥੮॥
Kar Kirapaa Jis Bhagathee Laavahu Janam Padhaarathh So Jinaa ||8||
करि किरपा जिसु भगती लावहु जनमु पदारथु सो जिना ॥८॥
That person, whom You bless with Your Grace, and link to Your devotional service, wins this invaluable human life. ||8||
ਜਾ ਕੈ ਮਨਿ ਵੂਠਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਅਪਨਾ ॥
Jaa Kai Man Voothaa Prabh Apanaa ||
जा कै मनि वूठा प्रभु अपना ॥
He, within whose mind God dwells,
ਪੂਰੈ ਕਰਮਿ ਗੁਰ ਕਾ ਜਪੁ ਜਪਨਾ ॥
Poorai Karam Gur Kaa Jap Japanaa ||
पूरै करमि गुर का जपु जपना ॥
Has perfect karma, and chants the Chant of the Guru.
ਸਰਬ ਨਿਰੰਤਰਿ ਸੋ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਜਾਤਾ ਬਹੁੜਿ ਨ ਜੋਨੀ ਭਰਮਿ ਰੁਨਾ ॥੯॥
Sarab Niranthar So Prabh Jaathaa Bahurr N Jonee Bharam Runaa ||9||
सरब निरंतरि सो प्रभु जाता बहुड़ि न जोनी भरमि रुना ॥९॥
One who realizes God pervading deep within all, does not wander crying in reincarnation again. ||9||
ਗੁਰ ਕਾ ਸਬਦੁ ਵਸੈ ਮਨਿ ਜਾ ਕੈ ॥
Gur Kaa Sabadh Vasai Man Jaa Kai ||
गुर का सबदु वसै मनि जा कै ॥
Pain, sorrow and doubt run away from that one,
ਦੂਖੁ ਦਰਦੁ ਭ੍ਰਮੁ ਤਾ ਕਾ ਭਾਗੈ ॥
Dhookh Dharadh Bhram Thaa Kaa Bhaagai ||
दूखु दरदु भ्रमु ता का भागै ॥
Within whose mind the Word of the Guru's Shabad abides.
ਸੂਖ ਸਹਜ ਆਨੰਦ ਨਾਮ ਰਸੁ ਅਨਹਦ ਬਾਣੀ ਸਹਜ ਧੁਨਾ ॥੧੦॥
Sookh Sehaj Aanandh Naam Ras Anehadh Baanee Sehaj Dhhunaa ||10||
सूख सहज आनंद नाम रसु अनहद बाणी सहज धुना ॥१०॥
Intuitive peace, poise and bliss come from the sublime essence of the Naam; the unstruck sound current of the Guru's Bani intuitively vibrates and resounds. ||10||
ਸੋ ਧਨਵੰਤਾ ਜਿਨਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਧਿਆਇਆ ॥
So Dhhanavanthaa Jin Prabh Dhhiaaeiaa ||
सो धनवंता जिनि प्रभु धिआइआ ॥
He alone is wealthy, who meditates on God.
ਸੋ ਪਤਿਵੰਤਾ ਜਿਨਿ ਸਾਧਸੰਗੁ ਪਾਇਆ ॥
So Pathivanthaa Jin Saadhhasang Paaeiaa ||
सो पतिवंता जिनि साधसंगु पाइआ ॥
He alone is honorable, who joins the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy.
ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਜਾ ਕੈ ਮਨਿ ਵੂਠਾ ਸੋ ਪੂਰ ਕਰੰਮਾ ਨਾ ਛਿਨਾ ॥੧੧॥
Paarabreham Jaa Kai Man Voothaa So Poor Karanmaa Naa Shhinaa ||11||
पारब्रहमु जा कै मनि वूठा सो पूर करमा ना छिना ॥११॥
That person, within whose mind the Supreme Lord God abides, has perfect karma, and becomes famous. ||11||
ਜਲਿ ਥਲਿ ਮਹੀਅਲਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਸੋਈ ॥
Jal Thhal Meheeal Suaamee Soee ||
जलि थलि महीअलि सुआमी सोई ॥
The Lord and Master is pervading the water, land and sky.
ਅਵਰੁ ਨ ਕਹੀਐ ਦੂਜਾ ਕੋਈ ॥
Avar N Keheeai Dhoojaa Koee ||
अवरु न कहीऐ दूजा कोई ॥
There is no other said to be so.
ਗੁਰ ਗਿਆਨ ਅੰਜਨਿ ਕਾਟਿਓ ਭ੍ਰਮੁ ਸਗਲਾ ਅਵਰੁ ਨ ਦੀਸੈ ਏਕ ਬਿਨਾ ॥੧੨॥
Gur Giaan Anjan Kaattiou Bhram Sagalaa Avar N Dheesai Eaek Binaa ||12||
गुर गिआन अंजनि काटिओ भ्रमु सगला अवरु न दीसै एक बिना ॥१२॥
The ointment of the Guru's spiritual wisdom has eradicated all doubts; except the One Lord, I do not see any other at all. ||12||
ਊਚੇ ਤੇ ਊਚਾ ਦਰਬਾਰਾ ॥
Oochae Thae Oochaa Dharabaaraa ||
ऊचे ते ऊचा दरबारा ॥
The Lord's Court is the highest of the high.
ਕਹਣੁ ਨ ਜਾਈ ਅੰਤੁ ਨ ਪਾਰਾ ॥
Kehan N Jaaee Anth N Paaraa ||
कहणु न जाई अंतु न पारा ॥
His limit and extent cannot be described.
ਗਹਿਰ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਅਥਾਹ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਅਤੁਲੁ ਨ ਜਾਈ ਕਿਆ ਮਿਨਾ ॥੧੩॥
Gehir Ganbheer Athhaah Suaamee Athul N Jaaee Kiaa Minaa ||13||
गहिर ग्मभीर अथाह सुआमी अतुलु न जाई किआ मिना ॥१३॥
The Lord and Master is profoundly deep, unfathomable and unweighable; how can He be measured? ||13||
ਤੂ ਕਰਤਾ ਤੇਰਾ ਸਭੁ ਕੀਆ ॥
Thoo Karathaa Thaeraa Sabh Keeaa ||
तू करता तेरा सभु कीआ ॥
You are the Creator; all is created by You.
ਤੁਝੁ ਬਿਨੁ ਅਵਰੁ ਨ ਕੋਈ ਬੀਆ ॥
Thujh Bin Avar N Koee Beeaa ||
तुझु बिनु अवरु न कोई बीआ ॥
Without You, there is no other at all.
ਆਦਿ ਮਧਿ ਅੰਤਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਤੂਹੈ ਸਗਲ ਪਸਾਰਾ ਤੁਮ ਤਨਾ ॥੧੪॥
Aadh Madhh Anth Prabh Thoohai Sagal Pasaaraa Thum Thanaa ||14||
आदि मधि अंति प्रभु तूहै सगल पसारा तुम तना ॥१४॥
You alone, God, are in the beginning, the middle and the end. You are the root of the entire expanse. ||14||
ਜਮਦੂਤੁ ਤਿਸੁ ਨਿਕਟਿ ਨ ਆਵੈ ॥
Jamadhooth This Nikatt N Aavai ||
जमदूतु तिसु निकटि न आवै ॥
The Messenger of Death does not even approach that person
ਸਾਧਸੰਗਿ ਹਰਿ ਕੀਰਤਨੁ ਗਾਵੈ ॥
Saadhhasang Har Keerathan Gaavai ||
साधसंगि हरि कीरतनु गावै ॥
Who sings the Kirtan of the Lord's Praises in the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy.
ਸਗਲ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਤਾ ਕੇ ਪੂਰਨ ਜੋ ਸ੍ਰਵਣੀ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕਾ ਜਸੁ ਸੁਨਾ ॥੧੫॥
Sagal Manorathh Thaa Kae Pooran Jo Sravanee Prabh Kaa Jas Sunaa ||15||
सगल मनोरथ ता के पूरन जो स्रवणी प्रभ का जसु सुना ॥१५॥
All desires are fulfilled, for one who listens with his ears to the Praises of God. ||15||
ਤੂ ਸਭਨਾ ਕਾ ਸਭੁ ਕੋ ਤੇਰਾ ॥
Thoo Sabhanaa Kaa Sabh Ko Thaeraa ||
तू सभना का सभु को तेरा ॥
You belong to all, and all belong to You,
ਸਾਚੇ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਗਹਿਰ ਗੰਭੀਰਾ ॥
Saachae Saahib Gehir Ganbheeraa ||
साचे साहिब गहिर ग्मभीरा ॥
O my true, deep and profound Lord and Master.
