Bisar N Jaaee Nimakh Hiradhai Thae Poorai Guroo Milaaeiaa ||1||
बिसरि न जाई निमख हिरदै ते पूरै गुरू मिलाइआ ॥१॥
I shall not forget Him in my heart, even for an instant; I have met with the Perfect Guru. ||1||

करि किरपा राखे दास अपने जीअ जंत वसि जा कै ॥
In His Mercy, He protects His slave; all beings and creatures are in His Power.

जा कै राम को बलु होइ ॥
One who has the Lord's Power on his side
ਸਗਲ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਪੂਰਨ ਤਾਹੂ ਕੇ ਦੂਖੁ ਨ ਬਿਆਪੈ ਕੋਇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Sagal Manorathh Pooran Thaahoo Kae Dhookh N Biaapai Koe ||1|| Rehaao ||
सगल मनोरथ पूरन ताहू के दूखु न बिआपै कोइ ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
- all his desires are fulfilled, and no pain afflicts him. ||1||Pause||
ਜੋ ਜਨੁ ਭਗਤੁ ਦਾਸੁ ਨਿਜੁ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕਾ ਸੁਣਿ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਤਿਸੁ ਸੋਇ ॥
Jo Jan Bhagath Dhaas Nij Prabh Kaa Sun Jeevaan This Soe ||
जो जनु भगतु दासु निजु प्रभ का सुणि जीवां तिसु सोइ ॥
That humble devotee is a slave of his God, who listens to Him, and so lives.
ਉਦਮੁ ਕਰਉ ਦਰਸਨੁ ਪੇਖਨ ਕੌ ਕਰਮਿ ਪਰਾਪਤਿ ਹੋਇ ॥੧॥
Oudham Karo Dharasan Paekhan Ka Karam Paraapath Hoe ||1||
उदमु करउ दरसनु पेखन कौ करमि परापति होइ ॥१॥
I have made the effort to gaze upon the Blessed Vision of His Darshan; it is obtained only by good karma. ||1||
ਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦੀ ਦ੍ਰਿਸਟਿ ਨਿਹਾਰਉ ਦੂਸਰ ਨਾਹੀ ਕੋਇ ॥
Gur Parasaadhee Dhrisatt Nihaaro Dhoosar Naahee Koe ||
गुर परसादी द्रिसटि निहारउ दूसर नाही कोइ ॥
It is only by Guru's Grace that I see His Vision with my eyes which none can equal.

Man Than Dhhan Sabh Thumaraa Suaamee Aan N Dhoojee Jaae ||
मनु तनु धनु सभु तुमरा सुआमी आन न दूजी जाइ ॥
My mind, body, wealth and all are Yours, O my Lord and Master; there is nowhere else for me at all.
ਜਿਉ ਤੂ ਰਾਖਹਿ ਤਿਵ ਹੀ ਰਹਣਾ ਤੁਮ੍ਹ੍ਹਰਾ ਪੈਨ੍ਹ੍ਹੈ ਖਾਇ ॥੧॥

जिउ तू राखहि तिव ही रहणा तुम्हरा पैन्है खाइ ॥१॥
As You keep me, so do I survive; I eat and I wear whatever You give me. ||1||
ਸਾਧਸੰਗਤਿ ਕੈ ਬਲਿ ਬਲਿ ਜਾਈ ਬਹੁੜਿ ਨ ਜਨਮਾ ਧਾਇ ॥
Saadhhasangath Kai Bal Bal Jaaee Bahurr N Janamaa Dhhaae ||
साधसंगति कै बलि बलि जाई बहुड़ि न जनमा धाइ ॥
I am a sacrifice, a sacrifice to the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy; I shall never again fall into reincarnation.
ਨਾਨਕ ਦਾਸ ਤੇਰੀ ਸਰਣਾਈ ਜਿਉ ਭਾਵੈ ਤਿਵੈ ਚਲਾਇ ॥੨॥੭੫॥੯੮॥

नानक दास तेरी सरणाई जिउ भावै तिवै चलाइ ॥२॥७५॥९८॥

Aan Kaam Bikaar Maaeiaa Sagal Dheesehi Shhaar ||1|| Rehaao ||
आन काम बिकार माइआ सगल दीसहि छार ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Other affairs of Maya are corrupt. They are nothing more than dust. ||1||Pause||
ਗ੍ਰਿਹਿ ਅੰਧ ਕੂਪ ਪਤਿਤ ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀ ਨਰਕ ਘੋਰ ਗੁਬਾਰ ॥
Grihi Andhh Koop Pathith Praanee Narak Ghor Gubaar ||
ग्रिहि अंध कूप पतित प्राणी नरक घोर गुबार ॥
The mortal has fallen into the deep dark pit of household attachment; it is a horrible, dark hell.
ਅਨਿਕ ਜੋਨੀ ਭ੍ਰਮਤ ਹਾਰਿਓ ਭ੍ਰਮਤ ਬਾਰੰ ਬਾਰ ॥੧॥
Anik Jonee Bhramath Haariou Bhramath Baaran Baar ||1||
अनिक जोनी भ्रमत हारिओ भ्रमत बारं बार ॥१॥
He wanders in various incarnations, growing weary; he wanders through them again and again. ||1||
ਪਤਿਤ ਪਾਵਨ ਭਗਤਿ ਬਛਲ ਦੀਨ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਧਾਰ ॥
Pathith Paavan Bhagath Bashhal Dheen Kirapaa Dhhaar ||
पतित पावन भगति बछल दीन किरपा धार ॥
O Purifier of sinners, O Lover of Your devotees, please shower Your Mercy on Your meek servant.
ਕਰ ਜੋੜਿ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਦਾਨੁ ਮਾਂਗੈ ਸਾਧਸੰਗਿ ਉਧਾਰ ॥੨॥੭੬॥੯੯॥

Aadhh Biaadhh Oupaadhh Sabh Naasee Binasae Theenai Thaap ||1|| Rehaao ||
आधि बिआधि उपाधि सभ नासी बिनसे तीनै ताप ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
The doubts of my mind and body are all erased, and I am rid of the three diseases. ||1||Pause||

त्रिसना बुझी पूरन सभ आसा चूके सोग संताप ॥
My thirst is quenched, and my hopes have all been fulfilled; my sorrows and sufferings are over.
ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵਤ ਅਚੁਤ ਅਬਿਨਾਸੀ ਮਨ ਤਨ ਆਤਮ ਧ੍ਰਾਪ ॥੧॥
Gun Gaavath Achuth Abinaasee Man Than Aatham Dhhraap ||1||
गुण गावत अचुत अबिनासी मन तन आतम ध्राप ॥१॥
Singing the Glorious Praises of the Unmoving, Eternal, Unchanging Lord God, my mind, body and soul are comforted and encouraged. ||1||
ਕਾਮ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਲੋਭ ਮਦ ਮਤਸਰ ਸਾਧੂ ਕੈ ਸੰਗਿ ਖਾਪ ॥
Kaam Krodhh Lobh Madh Mathasar Saadhhoo Kai Sang Khaap ||
काम क्रोध लोभ मद मतसर साधू कै संगि खाप ॥
Sexual desire, anger, greed, pride and envy are destroyed in the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy.
ਭਗਤਿ ਵਛਲ ਭੈ ਕਾਟਨਹਾਰੇ ਨਾਨਕ ਕੇ ਮਾਈ ਬਾਪ ॥੨॥੭੭॥੧੦੦॥
Bhagath Vashhal Bhai Kaattanehaarae Naanak Kae Maaee Baap ||2||77||100||
भगति वछल भै काटनहारे नानक के माई बाप ॥२॥७७॥१००॥
He is the Lover of His devotees, the Destroyer of fear; O Nanak, He is our Mother and Father. ||2||77||100||

ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤਿ ਨ ਹੋਵਤ ਕੂਕਰੀ ਆਸਾ ਇਤੁ ਲਾਗੋ ਬਿਖਿਆ ਛਾਰ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

त्रिपति न होवत कूकरी आसा इतु लागो बिखिआ छार ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Like a dog, its desires are never satisfied; it clings to the ashes of corruption. ||1||Pause||
ਪਾਇ ਠਗਉਰੀ ਆਪਿ ਭੁਲਾਇਓ ਜਨਮਤ ਬਾਰੋ ਬਾਰ ॥
Paae Thagouree Aap Bhulaaeiou Janamath Baaro Baar ||
पाइ ठगउरी आपि भुलाइओ जनमत बारो बार ॥
Administering the intoxicating drug, God Himself leads the mortals astray; they are reincarnated again and again.
ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਸਿਮਰਨੁ ਨਿਮਖ ਨ ਸਿਮਰਿਓ ਜਮਕੰਕਰ ਕਰਤ ਖੁਆਰ ॥੧॥
Har Kaa Simaran Nimakh N Simariou Jamakankar Karath Khuaar ||1||
हरि का सिमरनु निमख न सिमरिओ जमकंकर करत खुआर ॥१॥
He does not meditate in remembrance on the Lord, even for an instant, and so the Messenger of Death makes him suffer. ||1||
ਹੋਹੁ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲ ਦੀਨ ਦੁਖ ਭੰਜਨ ਤੇਰਿਆ ਸੰਤਹ ਕੀ ਰਾਵਾਰ ॥
