गुण निधान सुख सागर सुआमी जलि थलि महीअलि सोई ॥
The Lord and Master is the treasure of virtue, the ocean of peace; He pervades the water, the land and the sky.

मेरा मनु सोहिआ मीत साजन सरसे गुण मंगल हरि गाइआ राम ॥
My mind is adorned, and my friends rejoice; I sing the songs of joy, and the Glorious Praises of the Lord.
ਗੁਣ ਗਾਇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਧਿਆਇ ਸਾਚਾ ਸਗਲ ਇਛਾ ਪਾਈਆ ॥
Gun Gaae Prabhoo Dhhiaae Saachaa Sagal Eishhaa Paaeeaa ||
गुण गाइ प्रभू धिआइ साचा सगल इछा पाईआ ॥
Singing the Glorious Praises of the True Lord God, all desires are fulfilled.
ਗੁਰ ਚਰਣ ਲਾਗੇ ਸਦਾ ਜਾਗੇ ਮਨਿ ਵਜੀਆ ਵਾਧਾਈਆ ॥
Gur Charan Laagae Sadhaa Jaagae Man Vajeeaa Vaadhhaaeeaa ||
गुर चरण लागे सदा जागे मनि वजीआ वाधाईआ ॥
Those who are attached to the Guru's Feet are always awake and aware; His Praises resound and resonate through their minds.
ਕਰੀ ਨਦਰਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਸੁਖਹ ਗਾਮੀ ਹਲਤੁ ਪਲਤੁ ਸਵਾਰਿਆ ॥

करी नदरि सुआमी सुखह गामी हलतु पलतु सवारिआ ॥
My Lord and Master, the bringer of peace, has blessed me with His Grace; He has arranged this world, and the world hereafter for me.

Bohithharraa Har Charan Araadhhae Mil Sathigur Paar Laghaaeae Raam ||
बोहिथड़ा हरि चरण अराधे मिलि सतिगुर पारि लघाए राम ॥
I worship and adore the Lord's Feet, the boat to carry me across. Meeting the True Guru, I am carried over.
ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦੀ ਤਰੀਐ ਬਹੁੜਿ ਨ ਮਰੀਐ ਚੂਕੈ ਆਵਣ ਜਾਣਾ ॥

गुर सबदी तरीऐ बहुड़ि न मरीऐ चूकै आवण जाणा ॥
Through the Word of the Guru's Shabad, I cross over, and I shall not die again; my comings and goings are ended.
ਜੋ ਕਿਛੁ ਕਰੈ ਸੋਈ ਭਲ ਮਾਨਉ ਤਾ ਮਨੁ ਸਹਜਿ ਸਮਾਣਾ ॥

जो किछु करै सोई भल मानउ ता मनु सहजि समाणा ॥
Whatever He does, I accept as good, and my mind merges in celestial peace.

दूख न भूख न रोगु न बिआपै सुख सागर सरणी पाए ॥
Neither pain, nor hunger, nor disease afflicts me. I have found the Sanctuary of the Lord, the ocean of peace.

Aapanarraa Man Aagai Dhhariaa Sarabas Thaakur Dheenae Raam ||
आपनड़ा मनु आगै धरिआ सरबसु ठाकुरि दीने राम ॥
I have dedicated my mind to my Lord and Master, and offered it to Him, and He has blessed me with everything.
ਕਰਿ ਅਪੁਨੀ ਦਾਸੀ ਮਿਟੀ ਉਦਾਸੀ ਹਰਿ ਮੰਦਰਿ ਥਿਤਿ ਪਾਈ ॥
Kar Apunee Dhaasee Mittee Oudhaasee Har Mandhar Thhith Paaee ||
करि अपुनी दासी मिटी उदासी हरि मंदरि थिति पाई ॥
He has made me His hand-maiden and slave; my sadness is dispelled, and in the Lord's Temple, I have found stability.
ਅਨਦ ਬਿਨੋਦ ਸਿਮਰਹੁ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਸਾਚਾ ਵਿਛੁੜਿ ਕਬਹੂ ਨ ਜਾਈ ॥

अनद बिनोद सिमरहु प्रभु साचा विछुड़ि कबहू न जाई ॥
My joy and bliss are in meditating on my True God; I shall never be separated from Him again.
ਸਾ ਵਡਭਾਗਣਿ ਸਦਾ ਸੋਹਾਗਣਿ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮ ਗੁਣ ਚੀਨ੍ਹ੍ਹੇ ॥

सा वडभागणि सदा सोहागणि राम नाम गुण चीन्हे ॥
She alone is very fortunate, and a true soul-bride, who contemplates the Glorious Vision of the Lord's Name.

आपनड़ै प्रभि आपि सीगारी सोभावंती नारे राम ॥
God Himself has embellished her, and she has become His virtuous soul-bride.
ਸਹਜ ਸੁਭਾਇ ਭਏ ਕਿਰਪਾਲਾ ਗੁਣ ਅਵਗਣ ਨ ਬੀਚਾਰਿਆ ॥
Sehaj Subhaae Bheae Kirapaalaa Gun Avagan N Beechaariaa ||
सहज सुभाइ भए किरपाला गुण अवगण न बीचारिआ ॥
With natural ease, He has become Merciful to her. He does not consider her merits or demerits.
ਕੰਠਿ ਲਗਾਇ ਲੀਏ ਜਨ ਅਪੁਨੇ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮ ਉਰਿ ਧਾਰਿਆ ॥
Kanth Lagaae Leeeae Jan Apunae Raam Naam Our Dhhaariaa ||
कंठि लगाइ लीए जन अपुने राम नाम उरि धारिआ ॥
He hugs His humble servants close in His Loving Embrace; they enshrine the Lord's Name in their hearts.
ਮਾਨ ਮੋਹ ਮਦ ਸਗਲ ਬਿਆਪੀ ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਆਪਿ ਨਿਵਾਰੇ ॥
Maan Moh Madh Sagal Biaapee Kar Kirapaa Aap Nivaarae ||
मान मोह मद सगल बिआपी करि किरपा आपि निवारे ॥
Everyone is engrossed in arrogant pride, attachment and intoxication; in His Mercy, He has freed me of them.

ਸਫਲ ਜਨਮੁ ਹੋਆ ਮਿਲਿ ਸਾਧੂ ਏਕੰਕਾਰੁ ਧਿਆਏ ਰਾਮ ॥
Safal Janam Hoaa Mil Saadhhoo Eaekankaar Dhhiaaeae Raam ||
सफल जनमु होआ मिलि साधू एकंकारु धिआए राम ॥
Life becomes fruitful, meeting with the Holy Saints, and meditating on the One God, the Creator of the Universe.
ਜਪਿ ਏਕ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਅਨੇਕ ਰਵਿਆ ਸਰਬ ਮੰਡਲਿ ਛਾਇਆ ॥
Jap Eaek Prabhoo Anaek Raviaa Sarab Manddal Shhaaeiaa ||
जपि एक प्रभू अनेक रविआ सरब मंडलि छाइआ ॥
Chant, and meditate on the One God, who permeates and pervades the many beings of the whole Universe.
ਬ੍ਰਹਮੋ ਪਸਾਰਾ ਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਪਸਰਿਆ ਸਭੁ ਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਦ੍ਰਿਸਟੀ ਆਇਆ ॥
Brehamo Pasaaraa Breham Pasariaa Sabh Breham Dhrisattee Aaeiaa ||
ब्रहमो पसारा ब्रहमु पसरिआ सभु ब्रहमु द्रिसटी आइआ ॥
God created it, and God spreads through it everywhere. Everywhere I look, I see God.
ਜਲਿ ਥਲਿ ਮਹੀਅਲਿ ਪੂਰਿ ਪੂਰਨ ਤਿਸੁ ਬਿਨਾ ਨਹੀ ਜਾਏ ॥

जलि थलि महीअलि पूरि पूरन तिसु बिना नही जाए ॥
The Perfect Lord is perfectly pervading and permeating the water, the land and the sky; there is no place without Him.
